How billing works

One payer per website

A website is paid for once. If an agency manages it on its plan, the owner pays nothing. If the owner manages it alone, the owner’s plan covers it.

Clients are always free

Clients you invite into the portal never need a paid plan to see progress, answer requests or upload files.

Nothing is deleted when you stop

If a subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays available to export for 90 days.

Cancel any time

Cancel from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and our 30-day refund policy applies.

Billing questions

How do I pay?
Payments are handled by our authorized online reseller, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. It processes cards and other local payment methods, issues your invoice and handles sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your card number.
How does the free trial work?
Builder plans start with a 7-day free trial, with no card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan. If you don’t, your workspace becomes read-only; nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans or billing period?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What counts as a website?
One website is one domain, such as example.com, including its subdomains. Projects inside a website are unlimited.
What if I need more websites or seats?
Move to the next plan, or contact us and we will set up a plan that fits.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Any payment can be refunded in full within 30 days. See the refund policy for details.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency.
