For agencies and freelancers

Every client website in one dashboard, approved access without passwords, and a client view that answers “any update?” before anyone asks.

Where the hours go

The work around the work.

Agencies don’t lose time building websites. They lose it on everything around the build.

Getting access

A week of back-and-forth before work can start, and a spreadsheet of passwords nobody wants to own.

Status updates

The same “where are we?” email, written by hand, for every client, every week.

Chasing material

Logos, copy and photos scattered across email threads and chat messages.

Launch surprises

A certificate that never renewed, DNS still pointing at the old host, a missing record.

One dashboard

All client work in one place.

Websites you created and websites your clients own sit side by side in your own workspace. Client-owned sites are clearly labelled, and you get the full technical workspace on them.

  • No more switching into a client’s account to do your job
  • Projects, connectors and launch checks on every site
  • The client stays the owner and can revoke your access at any time

Access without passwords

Ask once. Get exactly what you need.

Send a provider access request. Your client sees a guided, plain-language card, creates a scoped token or installs the app themselves, and you never touch their password.

  • Guided steps written for non-technical owners
  • Read-only by default; anything more is an explicit grant
  • Revocable by the owner in one click

Why clients notice

Look more professional with less effort.

Progress they can read

The client portal turns real infrastructure state into plain sentences, so clients check it themselves instead of emailing you.

Launches with proof

Show the client verified launch checks instead of “trust me, it’s ready”.

Clean handovers

When an engagement ends, the history stays with the website. Clients remember agencies that leave things tidy.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Do my clients have to pay?
No. Websites you manage are covered by your plan. Your clients use their portal free of charge, always.
What if my client already uses Flizent?
They invite your agency to their website. After you accept, it appears in your own dashboard labelled as owned by them, with the full technical workspace.
Can I limit what each team member sees?
Yes. Invite people to the whole workspace or only to specific websites. A developer given one website sees only that website.
Does Flizent make changes to client accounts?
Connections start read-only. Some connectors can do more, such as managing GitHub settings, but only when the website’s owner explicitly grants it, and they can withdraw it at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Builder plans start with a 7-day free trial and no card. If you don’t subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only; nothing is deleted.
